News Community Thanksgiving Service in Littleport Posted 25 November 2008 Hope Lutheran Church in Littleport will host a community Thanksgiving worship service tonight, Tuesday, Nov. 25, beginning at 7:30 p.m. The worship service will feature country gospel band "Gospel Roads" from the Aurora area. Area residents will do selected readings and local area veterans will present flags at the opening of the service. Food and fellowship to follow. A free will offering will be taken for the band. Those attending are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for the Clayton County Food Shelf. The public is invited to attend.
